Volker Michels is a seasoned producer and showrunner with extensive experience in television production. Currently at PRO TV since January 2017, Volker has led various successful shows, including "Gospodar Fara Pereche" (Farmer Wants a Wife) and "Șef sub acoperire" (Undercover Boss). Prior to this role, Volker worked with Magis TV, Constantin Entertainment, Talpa Germany, and several other production companies, directing and producing popular series such as "Let’s Dance" and "Bauer sucht Frau" (Farmer Wants a Wife). Volker's educational background includes training at the Adolf Grimme Institut and SRT Nürnberg, focusing on television systems, journalism, and television practice.
