Mike Dalzell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compliance, risk management, and internal audit. Currently serving as Company Secretary and Head of Compliance, Risk and Internal Audit at Pro Insurance Solutions Ltd since September 2014, Mike leads Group Assurance for the Pro Group of Companies. Prior to this role, Mike was the Head of Internal Audit and Risk Management at Pro from January 2010 to September 2014, overseeing internal audit and risk management for the Tawa Plc group and managing the Solvency II programme. Mike began their career as a Project Manager at Tawa Management from May 2007 to January 2010. Mike's educational background includes attendance at Colchester Sixth Form College from 1988 to 1990.
