Roman Rey is currently serving as a Psychologiepraktikant at Psychiatrische Universitätsklinik Zürich since July 2024. In addition, Roman has been a Content Manager at Pro Infirmis since March 2020 and a Blogger for Spotted by Locals from 2007 to 2023. Previous experience includes roles as a Wissenschaftsjournalist at higgs from April 2019 to February 2020, News-Redaktor at Ringier AG from February 2016 to March 2019, and Redaktor und Reporter at watson News from January 2014 to January 2016. Roman also held the position of Redaktor at 20 Minuten AG from August 2012 to December 2013, Praktikant News at SonntagsZeitung from April 2012 to July 2012, and Praktikant at Axel Springer Schweiz AG - Beobachter in late 2011. Roman is pursuing a Master of Science in Angewandte Psychologie at ZHAW Zurich University of Applied Sciences, expected to graduate in June 2026, after obtaining a Bachelor in the same field from the same institution in 2022. Prior educational background includes a degree in Journalismus HF from SAL Schule für Angewandte Linguistik, completed in 2012.
