Robert V. served as the President/Owner of Pro Group Captive Management Services, Inc. since February 1999. Prior to that, they were the VP at Pro Group Management Inc. starting in 1994.

Robert V. attended New Mexico State University from 1975 to 1980, where they obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
