Jacob Andersen has a diverse work experience in the field of maintenance management and leadership. Jacob started their career in 2002 as an Instrumentengineer at H. Lundbeck A/S, where they were responsible for the operation and maintenance of SRO systems and process instrumentation. Jacob then worked as a Vedligeholdsleder for el afdelingen at I/S KAVO, where they led a team and managed the maintenance budget. Jacob later became a Teamleder vedligehold at BPB Gyproc, where they coordinated maintenance tasks and implemented WCM/Lean tools for optimization. Jacob also worked as a Maintenance Manager at BPB Gyproc, overseeing maintenance activities for production lines and managing a team of 19 employees. Jacob then moved on to InterTerminals, where they served as a Maintenance Manager, leading the maintenance department and carrying out improvement projects. Prior to their current position, Jacob worked as a Maintenance Manager at Prysmian Group, focusing on preventive maintenance programs and implementing a system for root cause analysis. Jacob is currently the Administrerende Direktør / CEO at Pro-Consult A/S, where they are responsible for the company's operations, strategic development, and managing various departments.
Jacob Andersen attended the Engineering College of Copenhagen from 1999 to 2002, where they obtained a Bsc. degree in Electric Engineering with a focus on Strong Current Engineering. Additionally, they obtained certifications in World Class Manufacturing PM step 0-3 and EEM from Saint-Gobain in 2007.
