Jen Stebbins Thomas is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and consulting industries. Currently serving as a Partner at XSS Hotels since June 2013 and as Managing Director of PROCON, Inc. since July 2021, Jen Stebbins Thomas is the fourth generation leading the family business, which has been operational for 87 years. With a strong developer's mindset, Jen Stebbins Thomas has been integral in managing the financing and legal divisions at XSS Hotels over the past decade. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Associate Consultant at L.E.K. Consulting from 2009 to 2013. Jen Stebbins Thomas holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychological and Brain Sciences with a minor in Economics from Dartmouth College.
