Ethan is their Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Manager. He has vast knowledge in his field, using his years of experience and continued education to manage their Industry leading HSE Program.

Ethan holds an advanced diploma in Occupational Health, Safety, and Environment as well as a certificate of Safety Leadership from the University of New Brunswick. He also holds a certificate in Environmental Science from the University of Guelph. He is a designated National Construction Safety Officer (NCSO) through the Saskatchewan Construction Safety Association as well as a certified SafeStart Trainer. Ethan is responsible for overseeing all HSE aspects for all the Regions of their company. A few of his tasks include: writing and maintaining their HSE manual and procedures, maintaining an A+ grade on ISNet World, Complyworks, and maintaining their Enform COR Audits.
