Thad Bartlett possesses extensive experience in training and development across various organizations. Currently serving at TiER1 Performance since August 2023, Thad previously held roles at Pro-Active Performance from August 2018 to July 2023, and Strata Leadership, LLC from June 2015 to December 2020 as an Affiliate. Thad’s notable experience includes working as a Global Design Consultant for Ford Consumer Experience Movement and as a Partner in Leader Development at GiANT Impact. Additionally, Thad founded Bartlett Learning Solutions, LLC from May 2007 to January 2012 and had managerial roles at SavaSeniorCare and The Home Depot. Thad's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology from The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Freed-Hardeman University.
