Fred Surr is a seasoned professional in the media and marketing industry with extensive experience spanning several decades. Currently serving as Principal and Executive Producer at CForward since January 2023, Fred Surr harnesses the power of motion pictures. At TiER1 Performance, Fred Surr has been involved in strategy and implementation since October 2018, focusing on training, coaching, and communications for automotive OEMs. Prior to this role, Fred Surr was Principal and Executive Producer at Captains of Industry from 2002 to December 2022, leading a marketing consultancy that integrated motion picture production and renewable energy practices. Fred Surr's career began with the founding of Video Research, Inc. in 1983, which specialized in creating children's television. Fred Surr holds a BS in Marketing from Penn State University, attained between 1978 and 1982.
