Ross Flanders has a robust career in intelligence and military operations spanning over two decades. Currently serving as a Systems Engineering and Technical Assistance Contractor at Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc., Ross Flanders previously worked as a Skill Bridge Fellow at Creative Veteran Productions. Flanders dedicated 22 years to the United States Navy, where significant roles included Director of Cryptologic, Information and Space Operations, and Director of Fleet Information Operations Center (FIOC) Hawaii, leading substantial teams in various intelligence functions ranging from SIGINT to cyber operations. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Strategic Intelligence from the National Defense Intelligence College and a Bachelor of Science in General Studies from Excelsior University.
