Roman Pečenka is a seasoned legal professional currently serving as a Partner at PRK Partners, attorneys at law, since January 2011. In addition, Roman holds the position of Council Member at the Svaz měst a obcí České republiky from June 2023 and has recently taken on the role of Mayor at Podolanka in April 2023. Prior to these roles, Roman worked as an Associate at Gide Loyrette Nouel from 2001 until February 2011. Roman's academic background includes a Master’s degree (Mgr.) obtained from Charles University from 1995 to 2001, as well as further education at the Université Toulouse 1 Capitole and the American Institute for Legal Education in 2007.
