Monika Maskova is a Partner at PRK Partners, attorneys at law, and heads the firm’s Pharma&Healthcare practice. With over 18 years of experience in the legal field, Monika specializes in the regulatory aspects of life sciences, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, biotech products, chemicals, cosmetics, and food supplements. Prior to joining PRK Partners in July 2005, Monika served as Legal Counsel at Novartis from April 2012 to October 2013, where responsibilities included providing legal advice on contracts, compliance, corporate governance, and monitoring legislative developments in the Czech Republic. Monika's educational background includes studies at Charles University, University of Tsukuba, and Universität Passau.
