Lydia Merritt has a diverse work experience in marketing and communications roles. Lydia is currently working as the Senior Director of Marketing at Privia Health, where they oversee the corporate marketing function and leads integrated marketing campaigns. Prior to that, they served as the Director of Marketing at Privia Health and the Associate Director of Marketing.
Before joining Privia Health, Lydia worked as the Director of Corporate Communications and Branding at Medical Facilities of America. Lydia Merritt attended Virginia Tech from 2005 to 2009 where they earned a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marketing. Following that, they pursued further education at Virginia Western Community College from 2009 to 2011, focusing on Design and Visual Communications, General. In 2018, Lydia attended Roanoke College for a brief period, completing The Management Institute.
