Cynthia DeClerk has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Cynthia started their career as an HCC Risk Adjustment Coder at Optum in 2015 and worked there until 2016. Cynthia then joined BCBS of Minnesota as a Senior Risk Adjustment Coding Analyst from 2017 to 2019. Cynthia continued their career at OptumCare, where they served as a Quality Assurance Auditor from 2019 to 2022. In 2022, they joined CVS Health as an ACO Health Risk Education Consultant, and their tenure with the company lasted until 2023. Currently, Cynthia is employed at Privia Health in the role of Risk Adjustment.

Cynthia DeClerk, CRC, CPMA, CPC, CCA completed their Associate of Science (A.S.) degree in Medical Information Coding/Billing from Valencia College, from 2010 to 2012.
