Rick Tibbetts is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in human resources, compensation, and organizational development. Currently serving as President of the Private Directors Association® New England Chapter and a member of the Finance and Investment Committee at Open Table, Inc., Rick has founded and manages Dynol Consulting LLC, offering innovative human capital solutions. Previous roles include Partner at W.T. HAIGH & COMPANY, INC., Board Member at PanAgora Asset Management, and significant leadership positions at Putnam Investments, including Managing Director and Chief Human Resources Officer. Rick’s earlier experience encompasses compensation strategy development at Bank of Boston Corporation and Analog Devices. Rick holds a BS in Business Administration from Northeastern University.
