Mary Key, Ph.D., is a seasoned expert in organizational leadership with over 30 years of experience in coaching and consulting. Currently serving on the Executive Committee of the Private Directors Association® since October 2020, Mary Key also leads MARY KEY & ASSOCIATES, INC., where Mary is the President, Lead Consultant, Executive Coach, and founder of the Women’s Forum. Additionally, Mary Key founded the Key Women's Leadership Forum, which supports women leaders in enhancing their strategic and leadership skills. Academic credentials include a Ph.D. in Organizational Leadership from the University of Virginia and a BS in Human Development from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
