Gina Fry holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Southern New Hampshire University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources from Western Connecticut State University. Currently serving as the Global Head of Human Resources at PCR Financial Aggregation since August 2021, Gina oversees the entire HR function for the privately held global company. Prior experience includes roles as a Global Human Resources Generalist at PCR, a Staffing Coordinator at Kimberly-Clark, and an Onsite Specialist at CorTech International, where responsibilities encompassed onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and full life cycle recruiting. Additionally, Gina completed a SHRM Prep Class to further enhance expertise in human resources.
