Kateryna Martynenko is an accomplished professional in corporate governance with extensive experience across various sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Corporate Governance at PrivatBank since April 2020, Kateryna focuses on enhancing corporate governance systems and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Additionally, Kateryna holds multiple leadership positions, including Executive Director at the "Helping is Easy" charitable foundation and member of the Supervisory Boards at Urban Space 500 and KMBS alumni. Previous roles include Corporate Secretary at Metinvest, where Kateryna managed governance frameworks, and Corporate Governance Officer at the Industrial Union of Donbass, where a comprehensive corporate governance framework was developed.
