Fahruroji S.Psi., MMRS., CPHR is an experienced Hospital Human Resources Consultant at PT. Sansekerta Consulting Group & Independent since November 2014, working with notable clients such as Alia Hospital Group Jakarta and RS Kebonjati Bandung. Previous roles include Human Resources Manager at RS Antam Medika and Bethsaida Hospital, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR processes, recruitment, and salary structuring. Fahruroji also held the position of HR Recruitment & Development Unit Head at RS Pondok Indah Group, contributing from June 1999 to February 2012.
