Robert Byers has extensive work experience in the field of product management, solutions architecture, and operations. Robert started their career at TeamStaff in 1989 and served as the VP of Operations for their PEO Division until 2004. In 2005, they joined MyPayrollHR as Managing Director, a role they held until 2013. In the same year, they joined PrismHR as a Director, where they held various positions including Director of Product Management and Solutions Architect. Robert is currently working at PrismHR in the role of Director of Product Management.
Robert Byers obtained their Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Vanderbilt University between 1983 and 1987. Following that, they pursued further education at the University of South Florida from 1987 to 1989, earning their Master of Business Administration degree specializing in Marketing and Finance.
