Eric Carlson has over a decade of experience in technology and product development within the human capital management sector. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Shared Technology at PrismHR since April 2019, Eric previously held several leadership roles including Vice President and Director of Product Development. Before joining PrismHR, Eric founded AgileHR in Wichita, KS, a talent management SaaS provider, which was acquired by PrismHR. Eric's earlier experience includes serving as Director of Product Development at CU Solutions Group and as a Senior .NET Software Engineer at Koker Goodwin & Associates. Eric holds an M.S. in Management Information Systems from Friends University and a B.S. in Business Education from Fort Hays State University.
