Jyoti Moily is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in talent acquisition, HR strategy, and organizational development. Currently serving as the Human Resources Lead at Prismforce since July 2021, Jyoti focuses on building high-performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation. Previous roles include co-founding Unitres, where Jyoti managed recruitment strategies, as well as serving as Head of HR-Consultant at Kubiz Capital, where strategic HR operations were established. A tenure as Director of Human Resources at Aurionpro Solutions involved overseeing the employee lifecycle for over 1,300 employees across multiple regions. With early career experience in various HR roles, Jyoti holds advanced degrees in Human Resources Development and Commerce from JBIMS and the University of Mumbai, alongside ongoing studies in HR Analytics at the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
