Andrea Santiago is a National Account Manager at Prism Specialties, responsible for managing national insurance carriers and TPA accounts since July 2022. Prior to this role, Andrea held multiple positions in the insurance industry, including Homeowner Claims Senior Examiner at CSAA Insurance Group and Field Adjuster at Wayne Mutual Insurance Group. Andrea's extensive experience includes roles as a Property Claims Adjuster at American Family Insurance Claim Services and an Inside Catastrophe Adjuster at Homesite Insurance, where notable achievements include maintaining the lowest pending claims and receiving the 2017 Adjuster of the Year Award. Andrea has a Master of Business Administration in Leadership from Youngstown State University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology from The University of Akron.
