Tomas Nilsson has extensive experience as an art director, with a focus on concept development and strategy. Tomas started their career at Proximity BBDO Sweden and Ehrenstråhle BBDO as an assistant art director. Tomas then worked as an art director at Markus Reklambyrå and FEW Agency. In 2018, they joined Malmö Reklambyrå, where they worked on projects for clients such as Hövding, Subaru, and Hansa Department Store. Malmö Reklambyrå was later acquired by Chimney Group, where Tomas continued as an art director and team lead for the Concept & Strategy team, overseeing a team of three direct reports. Tomas collaborated with clients such as Hemmakväll, City Gross, and Lekia. Currently, Tomas is working as an art director at Prisjakt.
Tomas Nilsson attended Linköping University from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design and Communication. In 2006, they also briefly studied Graphic Design at Berghs School of Communication. Prior to that, from 2001 to 2004, Tomas attended Broby Grafiska, focusing on Media studies.
