Monty Hoffstrom has a diverse work history that spans various industries. Monty began their career as a Loan Officer at Town and Country Credit Corporation in 2002 and worked there until 2006. Monty then transitioned to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage as a Home Mortgage Consultant from 2006 to 2007. Following that, Monty joined the University of Phoenix as a Corporate Education Consultant from 2006 to 2007.

In 2008, Monty joined Rhino Marking and Protection Systems as a National Accounts Manager until 2011. Monty then moved on to YRC Freight as an Account Executive from 2011 to 2012. Monty further advanced their career at TForce Logistics, where they served as an Account Manager from 2020 to 2023.

From 2013 onwards, Monty worked with DLS Worldwide as a DLS Worldwide Domestic Ground Freight employee. Most recently, Monty joined Priority1 as a National Account Manager in 2022, where they currently hold a role.

Monty Hoffstrom attended St. Cloud Cathedral High School from 1986 to 1990. Monty then pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at St. John's University from 1990 to 1994.
