Mackenzie Laidlaw has a diverse work experience, starting with their current position as a Territory Manager at Priority1 since June 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Academy 831 from July 2022 to July 2023 as a Dance Instructor and Choreographer, teaching various dance styles and challenging herself daily. From August 2018 to May 2022, Mackenzie was an Active Member at Alpha Phi International Fraternity, attending weekly meetings, leading philanthropy events, and participating in new member recruitment. Mackenzie also volunteered as a Student Teaching Volunteer at Wrightson Ridge Elementary School from August 2021 to April 2022, where they prepared and implemented curriculum for elementary classes, taught regularly, and engaged in self-evaluation. Mackenzie also gained experience as a Server/Hostess at The Funky Monk from May 2021 to December 2021, supporting and overseeing the functions of a fast-paced food and event establishment. Lastly, they volunteered as a Student Teaching Volunteer at Brightstar Pre-School from September 2020 to March 2021, developing teaching competence, preparing and implementing curriculum, and promoting peer learning and engagement.

Mackenzie Laidlaw attended the University of Arizona from 2018 to 2022, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Education. Additionally, Mackenzie also pursued another Bachelor's degree at the University of Arizona, but the field of study for this second degree is unknown.
