Dez Roads has a diverse work experience history. From 2014 to 2015, they worked as a Babysitter for family members, taking care of young children and handling various tasks. In 2015, Dez also worked as a Personal Care Assistant for Friends and Family Homecare, providing assistance to individuals requiring personal care. They also briefly worked as a Home Renovator for a friend, involved in home renovation projects. In 2016, Dez participated in a Talent and Modeling Competition as a Model/Intern, assisting contestants and performing various tasks. In 2019, they worked as a Lifeguard at the Fairmont Aquatic Park and as a Front Desk Receptionist at The Cutting Edge Salon and Spa. From 2019 to 2020, Dez held the position of Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T and then transitioned to the role of Assistant Manager, where they coached and managed a team to meet sales goals and deliver exceptional customer service. Currently, Dez works as a Territory Manager at Priority1.

Dez Roads completed their high school education in 2013 at Martin County West High School, where they studied General Studies. They then pursued an Associates Degree in Liberal Arts from Minnesota West Community and Technical College from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, Dez enrolled at Southern New Hampshire University and obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General in 2019. In addition to their academic qualifications, Dez has also obtained various certifications. In 2011, they completed the Babysitters Training program at SUMN American Red Cross. In 2019, they obtained both the American Red Cross Lifeguard Certificate with additional specialties and the CPR/AED/First Aid certification from the American Red Cross.
