During their time at Infosys, they led various engineering teams, designed and developed application components, and worked on projects for telecom service providers.

In 2012, Saxena joined Finxera as the Director of Technical Operations and Business Intelligence. Sushant Mohan played a crucial role in setting up the technical team and led the development of various products and modules. Sushant Mohan also contributed to the establishment of engineering processes, application architecture, and infrastructure.
