Yael Segev Ganam has extensive experience in customer success and relations, currently serving as the Director of Customer Success at Priority Software since October 2018, focusing on customer onboarding, engagement, and growth. Prior roles include Director of Customer Relations at Priority Software, where responsibilities included managing a team of 19 employees, handling customer requests, and overseeing licensing, upsells, post-sales, renewals, and expansions. Before joining Priority Software, Yael worked as a Sales Specialist at Sound Ideas from 2015 to 2018 and as Customer Relations Manager at FBC Technologies from 2009 to 2015.
