Hilit Paz-Lachower is responsible for human resources at Priority, where she applies her extensive experience in HR management, consulting and organizational development. Her previous HR roles include HR Business Partner at Amdocs, VP of Human Resources at Hadera Paper Group, and Organizational Consultant at Lotem, a leading organizational consultancy. Hilit began her human resources career at Ness Technologies, where she was promoted to Director of Human Resources after nine years.

Hilit holds an MBA and a BA in Business Administration, with a major in Human Resources and Marketing (cum laude), both from Ben Gurion University.
