Roy Machamire, FSA, CERA, MAAA has a diverse work experience in the actuarial field. Roy currently serves as a Principal Actuary at Priority Health, starting in 2022. Prior to this, from 2020 to 2022, they were the Director of Actuarial Services at Sanford Health.

Roy Machamire, FSA, CERA, MAAA holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Actuarial Science and Finance from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln, which they obtained in 2015. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at the University of Nebraska at Kearney from 2009 to 2013, where they majored in Mathematics, Business Administration, and Economics, earning a triple Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree.
In terms of professional certifications, Roy obtained the Fellow of the Society of Actuaries (FSA) designation in August 2019, the CERA designation in July 2017, and the Associate of the Society of Actuaries (ASA) designation in February 2017. These certifications were issued by the Society of Actuaries.
