Carol Nowak is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in enterprise operations and customer service management. Currently serving as Vice President of Enterprise Operations at Priority Health since May 2013, Carol previously held the roles of Senior Director of Customer Experience and Service Center Head at Aetna, where leadership involved managing a team of up to 300 customer service professionals. Prior work includes serving as Benefit Plan Design and Communications Manager at Universal Forest Products. Carol holds a Master of Health Administration from Grand Valley State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Aquinas College.
