Doug Schmalz is an experienced professional in operations and scheduling within the printing industry. Currently serving as a Scheduler/Planner at Priority Envelope since July 2022, Doug previously held positions at IWCO Direct as Equipment Technician 3 and Machine Technician from November 2015 to July 2022. Before that, Doug worked at Gannett Publishing Services in Minneapolis from 1988 to August 2015, where responsibilities included supervising the operation of commercial web printing presses, managing work schedules, ensuring safety, and enhancing productivity through process improvement. Doug began formal education at Bismarck State College, studying business from 1985 to 1987.
