Nasser Jaleeli

Nasser Jaleeli is a distinguished professional in the field of electric power systems, co-founding Priority-based Control Engineering (PCE) in 1994 and serving as President since its inception. At PCE, Nasser secured sponsorship from EPRI to further research on control performance standards for the North American Electric Reliability Council (NERC), leading to the development of novel statistical relations between ACE and interconnection frequency. Prior to PCE, Nasser held the position of Principal Engineer at American Electric Power from 1983 to 1994, and served as an Associate Professor at Ohio University from 1983 to 1987. Nasser Jaleeli holds a Ph.D. in Electric Power Systems from Imperial College of Science & Technology, University of London, and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Tehran.
