Jon Karolczak has extensive experience in the legal and technology sectors, currently serving as COO and Client Director at Priori since May 2016, where the company transforms the engagement and management of outside counsel through innovative technology. Prior to this role, Jon was a Senior Corporate Attorney at MinterEllison from February 2010 to June 2015, specializing in corporate law, business restructuring, and commercial litigation. Jon holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) and a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) from The University of Western Australia, earned between 2004 and 2009.
