Eliezer Pla has extensive experience in the software engineering field. Eliezer is currently working as a Software Engineer at Rhyme, starting in February 2022. Before that, they worked at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company as a Full Stack Engineer from January 2019 to February 2022. Prior to that, they were a Software Engineer Intern at the same company from May 2018 to December 2018. Eliezer also has experience outside of the technology industry, as they previously worked at Juvenile Welfare Board as a Site Coordinator from January 2015 to April 2015. In this role, they supervised and provided technical assistance to volunteers conducting tax returns, ensured the site was properly staffed and supplied, and maintained compliance with IRS guidelines.

Eliezer Pla began their educational journey in 2014 at SPC Collegiate High School. There, they completed their high school diploma and also earned an AA degree. Then, they pursued higher education at Florida Polytechnic University from 2015 to 2018. During this period, they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
