Bill Paddison is an experienced professional in the medical device packaging industry, currently serving as Sales Manager for Medical Device Packaging at Printpack since March 2020, following roles as Strategic Accounts Manager and Account Manager within the same company. Prior experience includes Technical Sales and Business Development at Fortis Solutions Group and Account Manager positions at Multi-Color Corporation and Alcan - Medical Flexibles Packaging. Bill began a career in packaging engineering with Medtronic, where responsibilities included design and validation of medical device packaging, and progressed through various engineering and managerial roles at CR Bard, Johnson & Johnson, Plastipak Packaging, and DuPont. Education includes a Bachelor of Science in Packaging from Michigan State University.
