Simona Ozola Ozolina has held various roles in their work experience. Simona started their career as a Finance Assistant at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company in August 2014, where they worked until July 2015. Simona then transitioned to the position of Accountant at the same company from August 2015 to October 2018. Simona rejoined MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company in November 2018 and served as a Cost Control Representative until September 2020. In September 2020, they joined Printful as an Accountant and is currently employed there. Additionally, Simona worked as a Data Processing Assistant at MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company from January 2021 to May 2021.

Simona Ozola Ozolina obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Ventspils Augstskola, starting in 2008 and completing their studies in 2012. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained a PD Certificate in Business Accounting from BIZNESA KOMPLEKSS in December 2015. Recently, in March 2021, Simona obtained Verified International Academic Qualifications from World Education Services.
