Maria Petrova has a diverse work experience in the field of visual communication and graphic design. Maria started their career as a Graphic Design Intern at Leto: Digital Innovation Agency in 2014 and later worked as a Graphic Designer at Apkures Katli SIA. In 2015, they joined Unicorn Branding Agency & Advertising Workshop as a Graphic Designer, where they were involved in logo and branding development, as well as social media promotional materials.

In 2016, Maria joined Scandiweb as a UI/Graphic Designer, specializing in illustration, logos, and brand development. Maria also played a key role in designing corporate print materials and participated in UI design for eCommerce websites.

Currently, Maria is working at Printful, where they started as a Visual Communication Designer in 2019 and advanced to the position of Lead Visual Communication Designer in March 2021. In this role, they have been responsible for developing a new system for additional brand colors, redesigning the brand illustration style, and providing art direction for lookbook catalog layouts and product designs. Maria has also played a crucial role in maintaining and improving the brand's visual communication both internally and externally, leading a team of visual communication professionals.

Maria Petrova obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Digital Visualization from the Baltic International Academy, where they studied from 2011 to 2015.
