Kristaps Smiltēns started their career as an Internship at UniCredit. Kristaps then worked as a Bartender at Cabo Cafe before moving on to roles as a Data Processing Specialist at Nordea and Luminor Latvija. Currently, Kristaps is the Head of Enterprise Solutions: Supplier Services at Printful, where Kristaps also holds the position of Global Strategic Account Executive and Account Executive. Kristaps holds a Bachelor's degree from Latvijas Universitate and a Master's degree in Innovation management from Banku Augstskola.
