Konstantina Dourou has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as HR Manager for Greece and Cyprus at Printec Group since May 2016, having progressed through various HR roles within the company. Responsibilities include providing HR guidance, supporting compensation and performance management, coordinating training and development, and managing recruitment processes. Konstantina has achieved notable recognition, including driving the Great Place to Work Certificate in 2023 and co-developing the Group Onboarding Programme ‘Printec Take-Off’.
