Mike Inman's work experience begins in 1994 when they worked as an Inside Sales Representative at Egghead Software, where they were responsible for corporate and government accounts in the Northwest Region. In 1995, they moved to HST and took on the role of Software Engineer, designing and coding Graphical User Interfaces. Mike was later promoted to Program Manager, where they managed a team of engineers and performed duties such as product planning, scheduling, and systems analysis.

In 1999, Inman joined Virtual Systems, Corp. as a Project Manager, overseeing the development of projects from bid to roll-out and acting as a liaison between clients and staff. In 2008, Inman joined hawkeye as a Software Development Manager/Scrum Master, where they were responsible for the specification, design, and development of Fortune 100 Partner Channel Applications. Mike also played a key role in project management, development, localization, deployment, analytics, and worldwide support of the channel program.

In 2011, Inman became the Director of Operations at Taylor Protocols, overseeing the development and implementation of an ISP software solution centered on Taylor's Core Values Index. Mike later moved to Virtual Systems in 2013 as the Vice President of Development, leading a team focused on improving businesses and bottom lines in the Mailing and Fulfillment industry.

In 2017, Inman joined Total Benefit Solutions as a Development/Operations Manager, specializing in international health coverage and group benefit plans. Mike currently holds the position of Business Operations Manager at ScalePEO, Powered by Total Benefit Solutions, where they simplify back-office complexities related to payroll, benefits, HR, workers' comp, and compliance, allowing businesses to focus on growth.

Mike Inman, CSM began their education in 1990 at Washington State University, where they studied without specifying a particular degree or field of study. Mike attended the university until 1994.
