Jessica Strandberg is an experienced Project Coordinator at PRINT NW since January 2017, where responsibilities include serving as a primary contact for customers and ensuring timely communication within a 2-hour response window. Previously, Jessica served as a Print & Marketing Supervisor at Staples from May 2009 to February 2019, where enhancements to processes led to improved productivity and contributed to departmental recognition as a Top 100 company in 2015, alongside establishing strong relationships with over 15 business owners and achieving an average customer satisfaction rating of 90%. Jessica studied at Palomar College from 2006 to 2008 and attended Point Loma Nazarene University in 2009.
