Will Bonassin started their work experience in 2005 as a Customer Support professional at Hoover's Inc./Dun & Bradstreet. Will later became a Launch Account Manager, responsible for driving customer usage and satisfaction. Will then transitioned into an Account Manager role, focusing on customer acquisition, retention, and contract renewals. In 2015, they joined Aurum Toxicology, LLC as an Account Manager before moving on to become a Managing Partner at OccWorx, LLC in the same year. Will currently holds the position of Director of Account Services at Principle Health Systems, which they started in 2016.

Will Bonassin attended The University of Texas at Austin from the year 2000 to 2004. Will obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Corporate Communications.
