Michelle Anne Michael is an experienced professional with a strong background in project management and digital experience design. Currently serving as the Head of Project Management Office at Principal Malaysia since November 2022, Michelle previously held key roles at Maxis, including Digital Experience Designer and PMO Governance Manager, where responsibilities encompassed enhancing customer digital journeys and overseeing the CRM & Billing transformation program. Michelle's early career features significant positions at DiGi Telecommunications, Symphony BPO Solutions, KPMG Consulting, and Dell Computers, focusing on HR services, portfolio management, project implementation, and business process improvement. An alumnus of Universiti Malaya with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business Administration, Michelle is equipped with a diverse skill set that encompasses governance, client engagement, and process optimization across various sectors.
