Cristina Neicun Inostroza is an experienced professional in human resources and training development. Currently serving as an Analista de finiquitos at Principal Chile since April 2012, Cristina manages the severance process, including calculations and issuance of termination settlements, and provides support in legal matters. Previously, at Teletón, from April 2011 to January 2012, Cristina worked as an Analista de Capacitación y Desarrollo, overseeing Sence administration, budget cost analysis, logistical processes, and the creation of induction manuals and training presentations. Earlier in career, from April 2009 to March 2011, Cristina was involved in training processes at Hospital Metropolitano, focusing on the promotion and registration of training courses. Cristina holds a degree in Ingeniería en gestión de Empresas from Instituto Aiep of Universidad Andrés Bello, specializing in human resources, labor legislation, remuneration, recruitment, and benefits management.
