Richard Stark is a seasoned professional in the marine and composites industry with extensive experience at Princess Yachts, serving in multiple roles including Senior Composite Process Engineer, Lead Composite Engineer, Senior Composite Engineer, and Naval Architect since November 2006. Richard's responsibilities encompass all vessels under 24m, focusing on New Product Introduction (NPI), creating bills of materials (BOMs), liaising with external suppliers, and providing production support for both new and existing boat lines. Richard has successfully completed and released detailed construction drawings, produced repair schedules, and managed a team of five. Prior to this, Richard held positions as a CAD Technician at Smiths Aerospace and Composite Engineer at Quantum Sports Cars Ltd, complemented by a placement year as a Trainee Technician. Richard obtained a BSc (Hons) in Marine & Composites Technology from the University of Plymouth, following education at Kingsbridge Community College.
