Kirsten Seto is a UX Designer at Better Off since June 2024, following a background as a Marketing Intern at YAI, where a narrative-driven approach resulted in a significant boost in community engagement and digital interactions. Previously, Kirsten served as the Director of Social Events for NYU Zeta Tau Alpha, enhancing attendance by 15% through innovative event planning. Experience includes event management and ambitious marketing initiatives at swsh and the Gallatin Business Society, respectively, which prominently increased turnout and social media outreach. Additionally, Kirsten contributed to the revamp of brand identity at Emage Company LLC and previously worked on social media marketing at Bondit, further demonstrating a strong capability in digital engagement. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Human Computer Interaction from New York University, set to be completed in 2025, along with a High School Diploma from West Morris Central High School.
