Antonio Janga is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in training and consultancy. As Co-owner and CEO of Interventions and Solutions for Top Performance since April 2014, Antonio has focused on professional training, performance improvement consultancy, and instructional design. In addition, Antonio serves as Section Head of Screening at Princess Juliana International Airport since July 2006 and holds an IATA Diploma in Professional Training, with certifications in Training Needs Assessment, Instructional Design, Instructional Techniques, and Advanced Train the Trainer. Antonio also has been an Avsec Instructor specializing in Adult Learning and Performance Improvement since 2011 and previously served as a Union Leader at ABVO from July 2000 to July 2007.
