Steven F. Bahena, CFM, is an experienced project manager currently working at Prince Contracting, LLC since July 2018, where responsibilities include site safety, project business planning, risk management, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Prior to this role, Steven served as Stormwater Specialist and Floodplain Manager for the City of Destin, overseeing water quality control programs and compliance with regulatory standards. Steven has also managed large capital improvement projects for the City of Wentzville and provided contract administration for the Missouri Department of Transportation. Steven holds a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technologies and Construction Project Management from The University of Southern Mississippi.
